Role & Responsibilities

• Support regional teams with day-to-day administrative and project tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer research to inform merchandising, retail or communications initiatives.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations, reports and data summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate logistics for events, product launches and boutique support, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist with data entry, CRM updates and basic analysis to support commercial and clienteling activities.
• Contribute to ad hoc cross‑functional projects, maintaining confidentiality and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, luxury management, fashion or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in luxury goods, brand heritage and retail operations; discretion and professional demeanour.

Experience

Suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; 0–1 years preferred. Prior internship or exposure to retail, luxury brands, marketing or corporate projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, luxury management, fashion or a related field.
