Van Cleef & Arpels seeks editorial content production intern in Paris for 6-month full-time role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management activities including liaison with creative agencies, printing studios, translation agencies, and internal teams on project tracking, scheduling, and asset delivery
- Coordinate regularly with international subsidiaries on translation matters and asset transmission, and liaise with legal services regarding rights management
- Organize and oversee photo shoots, including managing equipment requests, production planning, and preparing retouching briefs
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring and trend analysis to inform editorial content strategy
- Manage data using Excel and graphic production workflows to support content development across editorial initiatives
- Assist in managing the production pipeline from brief intake through final asset delivery for books, portfolios, high jewelry catalogs, and promotional materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with creative sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of cultural subjects with proactive disposition and detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, data management, and graphic production workflows
- Fluent English language skills both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, organize effectively, and prioritize competing demands
