Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solution for both hard and soft services in offices and boutiques within the RNE market (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic).
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Collect data to ensure the integration of specific Maison requirements and Richemont standards by the IFM provider.
  • Conduct tenders and due diligence assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external service providers, and Maison representatives.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Richemont standards and procedures in collaboration with procurement.
  • Implement a CAFM tool (ServiceNow) in boutiques to optimize service requests and maintenance planning.
  • Coordinate communication and change management with the Maisons.
  • Monitor performance data and identify improvement opportunities, sharing relevant data with the project team and Maisons as needed.
  • Support Maisons with maintenance and other services in boutiques alongside the IFM project.
  • Facilitate smooth project transitions into live operations through effective teamwork.
  • Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure positive collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and project management.
  • Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • Degree in a relevant field or demonstrable substantial professional experience in a comparable position.
