Richemont Innovation Movement Project Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland – lead horological innovation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for movement innovation initiatives, from concept through production launch
- Coordinate between research, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align technical specifications with brand heritage
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent innovation programmes
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical risk assessments for novel movement architectures and complications
- Manage stakeholder communication and report progress to senior leadership and brand executives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, intellectual property protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience managing technical or horological innovation projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of mechanical movement design, complications, or watch technology
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex stakeholder relationships
Skills
Experience
5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical, innovation, or horological environment. Prior exposure to luxury goods, watchmaking, or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Horological training or certifications are a plus.
