Richemont Innovation Concept Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Support luxury innovation and design development projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the ideation and development of innovative product and service concepts aligned with brand positioning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform innovation strategies
- Collaborate with product development, design, and marketing teams to refine concept proposals
- Document and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to feasibility assessments and prototyping initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in innovation management, product design, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, design innovation, or strategic business development
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design visualization tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Skills
Experience
Experience with innovation projects, design thinking workshops, or business development initiatives is advantageous, though not essential for qualified candidates with strong conceptual abilities and enthusiasm for the luxury sector.
Education
Undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in innovation management, product design, engineering, business administration, or equivalent field of study.
