Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose and develop solutions aligned with innovative watch concept principles, ensuring product maturity and seamless integration into timepiece designs
  • Validate solution adequacy with existing concepts and identify optimal technology partners and implementation methods
  • Establish technical feasibility pathways by designing solutions, defining processes, and planning experimentation protocols
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, marketing, and other departments to ensure solution alignment
  • Validate solutions and results with stakeholders; obtain quality homologation against established requirements
  • Frame and manage partnerships with external and internal collaborators
  • Establish project timelines, ensure milestone achievement, maintain confidentiality protocols, and communicate technical progress to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, with specialization in research & innovation
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Creo CAD software (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities

Experience

Candidate should possess foundational knowledge in engineering principles and research methodologies, with demonstrated experience in product development or innovation projects. Prior exposure to horological design, materials science, or advanced manufacturing is advantageous but not required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with focus on research & innovation preferred
