Richemont Industrialisation Specialist in Scandicci, Italy. Manage production scale-up and manufacturing optimisation for luxury jewelry and watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the industrialisation process of Maison products, ensuring technical feasibility and production scalability
  • Provide daily technical support to suppliers during production phases, troubleshooting issues and optimising production line efficiency
  • Collaborate with quality control teams during pilot series launches to ensure products meet required quality standards
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly as they emerge
  • Verify and refine cutting models before production authorisation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in luxury fashion manufacturing roles
  • In-depth knowledge of CAD software, with MOZART preferred
  • Availability for domestic and international travel
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimisation capabilities
