Richemont Industrialisation Specialist in Scandicci, Italy. Manage production scale-up and manufacturing optimisation for luxury jewelry and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise the industrialisation process of Maison products, ensuring technical feasibility and production scalability
- Provide daily technical support to suppliers during production phases, troubleshooting issues and optimising production line efficiency
- Collaborate with quality control teams during pilot series launches to ensure products meet required quality standards
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly as they emerge
- Verify and refine cutting models before production authorisation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in luxury fashion manufacturing roles
- In-depth knowledge of CAD software, with MOZART preferred
- Availability for domestic and international travel
- Strong problem-solving and process optimisation capabilities
