Richemont seeks an Industrialisation Project Manager in Buttes, Switzerland. Lead strategic manufacturing projects in luxury watchmaking with 5+ years of engineering expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse new product developments from the Technical Department and establish associated industrialisation files
- Maintain industrialisation schedules through structured and regular reporting
- Define and optimise operational routines, phase plans and machining programmes
- Industrialise components by developing high-performance and robust machining strategies
- Design and commission necessary tooling while adhering to timelines
- Create and maintain bills of materials, operational routines and management data
- Ensure compliance with project milestone processes and industrialisation standards
- Conduct rigorous quality control of deliverables to guarantee conformity
- Lead and optimise strategic industrialisation projects by deploying Lean methodologies for tangible and measurable results
Qualifications
- Higher technical education (engineering degree or equivalent) with specialisation in mechanical engineering, micromechanics or industrial engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialisation and project management in high-precision industrial sectors, ideally watchmaking or microtechnology
- Strong knowledge of high-speed machining on micromachines
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferably Creo) and ERP systems (preferably SAP or equivalent) for industrial data management
- Excellent understanding of technical operations, mechanical and watchmaking component manufacturing processes, and production flows
- Mastery of reading and interpreting ISO GPS dimensioned technical drawings
- In-depth knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Fluent in French

Demonstrated expertise in managing strategic industrialisation initiatives and leading cross-functional teams through complex technical projects.
