Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and centralise the advancement of industrialisation projects, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards, PLM/ERP systems, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with the Methods Manager to optimise production performance, reduce costs, manage competing priorities, and establish manufacturing standards
  • Centralise technical matters related to production engineering, including CAO/PLM systems and additive manufacturing capabilities
  • Lead the product industrialisation process for new products and design modifications, including manufacturing sequence definition, cost analysis, material sourcing, and tooling requirements
  • Monitor and support pre-series production phases, develop manufacturing processes, and deliver comprehensive industrialisation documentation
  • Serve as technical reference and subject matter expert for production workshops, providing ongoing support and collaborative partnership
  • Maintain and update technical databases and documentation systems

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industrialisation or manufacturing engineering role
  • Advanced proficiency with CAO software, ideally CREO
  • Demonstrated experience in watchmaking exterior components or jewellery manufacturing
  • Project management expertise and proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of PLM and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies

Experience
