Richemont is hiring an Industrial Project Coordinator — Finance & Accounting in Bellevue, Switzerland. Coordinate industrial projects, budgets and financial reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional industrial projects from financial inception through close, ensuring alignment between manufacturing, operations and finance stakeholders.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses; flag variances and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare financial business cases, scenario analyses and return-on-investment calculations to support project approval and prioritisation.
- Track project schedules, deliverables and milestones; organise governance meetings and circulate consolidated status reports.
- Ensure accurate project accounting: code expenditures, reconcile project-related transactions and support month-end close activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal procurement to monitor commitments, invoices and contract compliance for project spend.
- Produce executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting to communicate progress, risks and financial performance to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, change logs and audit-ready records to satisfy internal control requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent; a master’s or professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrated ability to build financial models and perform variance analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and to translate operational requirements into financial deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with experience preparing concise reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes or prior exposure to watchmaking/jewellery production is advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in finance, project coordination or project control within an industrial or manufacturing environment; prior experience in luxury goods or watchmaking preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent; master's degree or professional accounting qualification preferred.
