Richemont seeks an Industrial Performance Leader – Turned Parts in Geneva. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement at a prestigious haute horlogerie Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Capture mature production data while guiding operators through change management processes and deployment of analytics dashboards (Non-TRS, overconsumption metrics)
- Pilot targeted KAIZEN projects aligned with Pareto analysis priorities, including SMED and organizational optimization initiatives
- Implement and sustain visual management systems to support operational performance across the division
- Ensure process maturity of heat treatment and tribological routines to support B1C project initiatives, in coordination with Quality Assurance and Methods teams
- Support Advanced Process Control (APC) analysis in collaboration with Quality Assurance and optimize material receipt procedures in partnership with incoming inspection and laboratory teams
- Identify process dependencies and critical skill concentrations; prioritize mitigation subjects and track advancement through structured project management tools (GANTT, Oplis, etc.)
- Develop and validate incident/solution database concept to enable organizational learning and knowledge retention
- Establish adjustment standards, redesign tool documentation, and support digitalization of operational procedures
- Implement and maintain material flow visual management systems
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demanding industrial environments (preferably watchmaking, microtechnology, medical device manufacturing, or similar precision sectors)
- Proven expertise in Lean management tools: TRS, Kaizen, SPC, and statistical process control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and GCP platforms
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent problem-solving orientation with focus on solutions and measurable results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across production, quality, and support functions

Experience
Minimum 5 years in demanding industrial environments, ideally within watchmaking, microtechnology, or medical device manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean methodologies, and managing process optimization projects within precision manufacturing contexts.
Education
Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
