Richemont seeks an Industrial Methods Project Manager for watchmaking operations in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland on a fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial process methodologies tailored to watchmaking production requirements
- Optimize production workflows and manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional project teams to streamline horological assembly and finishing processes
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for continuous improvement within manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure methodology standards are maintained

Qualifications
