Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs and production variances across metalworking operations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports and financial performance summaries
- Support budget development and forecast processes for production divisions
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve cost efficiency
- Maintain detailed cost accounting records and reconcile operational data
- Report financial performance metrics to management and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles and manufacturing cost analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting software
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of luxury goods production or artisanal manufacturing processes

3–5 years of experience in industrial cost control, management accounting, or manufacturing finance, preferably within luxury goods production or artisanal manufacturing environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
