Role & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, material-handling equipment, engraving equipment, pallet racking infrastructure, and other operations-related equipment
• Manage the ticketing system and handle requests from the operational team regarding equipment issues or emergencies with the conveyor system
• Coordinate vendor relations regarding all operational equipment maintenance and repairs
• Change and replace conveyor components such as rollers, O-rings, belts, and motors as needed
• Lead conveyor housekeeping tasks including cleanliness, labeling, and organization
• Maintain stock levels of conveyor spare parts to prevent shortages and propose orders for critical parts
• Perform LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during equipment repairs
• Maintain and organize the stock of tools required for line repairs
• Support the engineering team with 3D printer maintenance
• Manage floor visuals and maintain organization throughout the facility
• Monitor and communicate with operations teams to report conveyor adjustments
• Participate in training to gain conveyor system knowledge and develop troubleshooting solutions
• Assist with workstation, cart, and storage assembly for operational equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1–3 years' work experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• 1–3 years' work experience with conveyor systems
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong detail orientation and ability to identify solutions to resolve technical problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships across all organizational levels
• Ability to work in multi-functional and multi-cultural environments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management capabilities
• Team player attitude with the ability to influence

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of work experience in logistics or warehouse operations; 1–3 years of hands-on experience with conveyor systems and related material-handling equipment. Forklift certification is a plus.
