Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and construct manufacturing tooling and assembly fixtures for production processes
- Design, develop, and standardize packaging solutions for writing instruments, jewelry, and special editions while adhering to brand codes and regulatory requirements
- Independently coordinate packaging projects and manage cross-functional collaboration with Category Management, Visual Merchandising, Design, Procurement, and external suppliers
- Conduct material research, create technical specifications, and maintain the materials database
- Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to production readiness
- Design and optimize transport packaging solutions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or comparable technical qualification with advanced training
- Substantive professional experience in development and construction of manufacturing tooling and assembly fixtures
- Proficiency with CAD software and PDM systems (e.g., Siemens NX and Teamcenter)
- Practical experience in development and standardization of product and transport packaging
- Experience optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills with ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Substantive professional experience in development and construction of manufacturing tooling, assembly fixtures, and product packaging within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment.
Education
Completed degree in engineering (such as Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification with advanced professional training or certification.
