Richemont In-Store VIC Manager role in London: lead premium client relationships and VIP customer engagement in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive VIC engagement strategies tailored to individual client preferences and purchase histories
- Lead and mentor a team of client advisors to deliver exceptional, personalized service experiences
- Monitor and analyze VIC sales performance, client retention metrics, and relationship value
- Coordinate exclusive events, product previews, and bespoke experiences for VIC clientele
