Richemont Import/Export Specialist position in Seoul – manage international trade documentation and customs compliance for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and tariff classifications for luxury goods
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to facilitate shipments
- Monitor and resolve customs clearance issues and delays
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all trade transactions and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and regional offices regarding international shipments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in import/export operations or trade compliance, ideally within luxury goods or high-value merchandise
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, HS codes, and tariff classification systems
- Proficiency with customs documentation and trade software systems
- Strong organizational and attention to detail in managing complex documentation
