Richemont International Distribution seeks an Expert High-End Import and Export Processes for its Geneva distribution centre. The role encompasses defining and implementing operational import/export procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols, serving as the operational reference point for process issue resolution, and developing scalable solutions aligned with logistics strategy. The successful candidate will train and mentor the import/export teams while leading process improvement projects in this international, multicultural environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define operational import and export processes and ensure consistent adherence to established protocols
- Serve as the primary operational reference point for diagnosing and resolving import/export process and procedural issues
- Design and implement scalable process solutions that align with strategic objectives and organisational logistics structure
- Train and mentor import and export teams on operational procedures and process requirements
- Lead and facilitate project initiatives and workshops within the area of specialisation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Project Management, Methods, or Processes
- Demonstrated expertise in import and export procedures
