Richemont seeks an Identity and Access Management Operations Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to operate IAM processes, SSO/MFA and access governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain day‑to‑day identity and access management (IAM) processes: provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, and entitlement management across corporate systems.
- Administer SSO, MFA and federation technologies; manage service accounts, certificates and identity lifecycles to ensure secure access.
- Triage and resolve IAM incidents and access requests via the ticketing platform; escalate complex issues to engineering or third‑party vendors.
- Execute periodic access reviews, attestations and access certification programs in support of internal controls and external audits.
- Develop and maintain automation and integration using SCIM, REST APIs, PowerShell and identity provisioning connectors.
- Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, HR, and business stakeholders to implement RBAC, least‑privilege models and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Own IAM operational documentation, runbooks, change records and maintain audit logs to meet compliance and governance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven operational experience in Identity and Access Management or IT security operations.
- Practical knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models and access governance.
- Ability to work across global teams and manage priorities in a complex, multi‑brand environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a process‑driven approach to incident triage and remediation.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IAM or information security operations, with demonstrable experience administering enterprise identity platforms and supporting global user populations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Cybersecurity/Identity certifications) are advantageous.
