Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users at Schaffhausen and Merishausen locations via IT service desk
- Install and configure hardware and software across manufacturing, office, boutique, and multimedia environments
- Assist with IT rollouts, workplace setups, equipment transitions, and inventory management
- Participate in project implementation and independently execute smaller-scale technical projects
- Gain practical experience across server infrastructure, networking, IT security, and application development domains
- Explore specialist technical areas including manufacturing systems, website development (iwc.com), and mobile application platforms
Qualifications
- Secondary education (Sekundarstufe) or equivalent
- Strong performance in mathematics and natural sciences
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Demonstrated interest in IT technologies and hands-on problem-solving
- Team-oriented mindset with positive work ethic
