Richemont seeks HR Manager in Paris to lead HR strategy and operations for 200+ employees across luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner and privileged advisor to directors, managers, and employees, understanding their specific needs and business challenges
- Implement and oversee HR processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation administration, and talent management to maintain a positive social climate
- Prepare and manage succession plans while supporting professional development opportunities for team members
- Pilot budget management in collaboration with financial control and deliver regular reporting, KPI analysis, and action plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Richemont France HR teams including Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Legal to provide integrated HR support
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a generalist HR professional
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong knowledge of French labor law
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
- Strategic vision combined with strong operational capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
