Richemont seeks a Human Resources Manager in Paris to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes to build high-performing teams across the organization
- Manage employee relations, including onboarding, engagement, and performance development programs
- Oversee compliance with French labor law and HR policies; ensure statutory requirements are met
- Partner with senior management on organizational strategy, talent planning, and succession planning
- Administer compensation and benefits programs; manage payroll and HR systems
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Richemont's values and luxury brand positioning
- Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in luxury goods or multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of French labor legislation and employment regulations
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software
- Excellent French and English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive HR projects to completion

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR management experience in a multinational corporate environment, ideally within the luxury goods sector. Proven track record of leading HR transformation initiatives, managing large-scale recruitment campaigns, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leading teams in a matrix organization is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or equivalent professional qualification. HRCP (Certified HR Professional) or similar international HR certification is valued.
