Richemont HR Intern position in Singapore. Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations in a luxury goods conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate personnel records
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Help coordinate HR compliance activities and documentation
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
