Richemont HR Intern opportunity in Riyadh – support HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in luxury jewellery and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complex onboarding and offboarding processes, including enhanced vetting procedures and severance payment calculations with accuracy and timeliness
- Address and resolve queries from internal or external clients and suppliers by providing detailed policy and procedural information
- Support management of internal client relationships and develop effective working collaborations
- Input, verify, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accurate payroll service delivery and timely bank submission
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data through systematic entry into HR information systems
- Conduct analyses of HR data to identify trends and develop insights that support business diagnostics and employee engagement initiatives
- Organize and maintain correspondence and records for senior colleagues with systematic documentation practices
- Draft routine communications including letters, memoranda, and reports using standard office software
- Support talent acquisition efforts through candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment initiative assistance
- Participate in assessment, development planning, and formal training activities to strengthen technical and process competencies
- Develop comprehensive understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and HR information systems
- Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms (preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Demonstrated understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not always required. A demonstrated passion for human resources and genuine interest in the recruitment process are essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
