Cartier HR Administrative Intern, Glovelier Switzerland – 12-month internship supporting personnel management and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks related to personnel management, including employment contracts, amendments, attestations, and correspondence
- Interface with temporary staffing agencies regarding contract placement and hours tracking
- Maintain and organize employee physical and electronic files
- Support the recruitment process including preboarding, onboarding, and integration of new employees
- Staff the HR reception desk and respond to employee inquiries and requests
- Process and manage incoming applications and spontaneous candidacies
- Oversee timesheet and attendance management
- Participate in the organization of internal company events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including lifecycle communications and supply requisitions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a commercial professional maturity track or equivalent secondary education program
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
- Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion and confidentiality awareness
- Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, developing environment

Seeking a candidate currently enrolled in a professional commercial maturity program or equivalent secondary education pathway actively pursuing a formal internship placement.
