Richemont is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract in Scandicci. The role supports recruitment, personnel administration, training and development, internal communications, employer branding, and HR projects. The position is classified under the leather goods and related manufacturing industries collective agreement, Level 4 employee, with gross annual pay of €28,003.64.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the publication of job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen CVs and manage applications.
- Organize and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Use SAP to create purchase orders for HR services and collect vendor documentation for master data creation in the system.
- Support the administration of personnel documentation, including contracts, hires, terminations, and changes.
- Update and maintain HR databases and personnel files.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and statistics.
- Help organize internal and external training courses.
- Monitor attendance and manage training logistics.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials.
- Support the drafting of internal communications.
- Contribute to initiatives promoting corporate culture, people development, and employer branding.
- Support communications about initiatives by preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Participate actively in specific HR projects, such as climate analysis, HR policy development, and process digitalization.
- Research and analyze HR best practices in the sector.
Qualifications
- Graduating student or graduate in humanities, economics, law, or a related discipline, preferably specializing in Human Resources.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to interact appropriately with different stakeholders, including candidates, suppliers, and managers.
- Empathy and conscientiousness.
- Organization and precision.
