Richemont seeks HR Business Partner in Munich, Germany. Strategic HR advisory role supporting business transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to align human capital strategy with organizational objectives
- Design and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives across assigned business segments
- Provide strategic HR advisory on organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement matters
- Champion compliance with employment law and Richemont's global HR policies across all jurisdictions
- Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational transformation projects
- Develop and mentor HR teams to build capability and ensure consistent delivery of HR services
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role within a multinational organization
- Deep knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks in Germany
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into effective HR solutions
- Experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence with C-suite and business leaders
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
Skills
Experience
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent senior advisory role; demonstrated success building and scaling HR function within complex, multinational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA preferred.
