Richemont HR Business Partner role in Munich, Germany—translate business priorities into HR strategies, lead talent management and analytics initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Retail leadership, translating business priorities into effective HR strategies and initiatives
- Drive the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment support, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives, fostering an inclusive work environment aligned with Cartier's values
- Leverage HR systems such as Workday for efficient processes and utilize data analytics to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Provide guidance on employee relations and coach managers on effective performance management, ensuring compliance and fair policy application
- Support salary cycles and compensation & benefits programs, advising managers on reward initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within retail or luxury environments
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders and support HR initiatives
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday and strong Excel skills
- Fluency in German and English
