Richemont HR Administration Intern in Paris — support People & Culture operations and develop HR expertise in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with employee records management and personnel file organization
- Support recruitment administration and onboarding coordination
- Help administer payroll and benefits documentation
- Prepare HR reports and administrative correspondence
- Coordinate scheduling for HR meetings and training sessions
- Assist with compliance documentation and filing requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee information
- Professional communication skills in French and English
