Richemont seeks an HSE Specialist in Villars‑sur‑Glâne, Switzerland to manage health, safety and environmental programmes at its site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain site HSE policies, procedures and programmes in line with corporate standards and applicable Swiss and EU regulations.
- Conduct and oversee risk assessments, job safety analyses and preventive measures across production and support areas.
- Lead incident reporting and root‑cause investigations; develop corrective and preventive actions and track closure.
- Plan and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Perform regular HSE inspections and audits; prepare compliance reports and support external regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and liaison with local emergency services.
- Manage environmental aspects such as waste, chemical handling, emissions and permit compliance; support continuous improvement initiatives (ISO 14001/ISO 45001).
- Maintain HSE performance metrics, produce management reports and advise site leadership on risk reduction and legal obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent national qualification preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Swiss occupational safety and environmental legislation and permit regimes.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence operational teams.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HSE experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; experience within luxury goods, watchmaking, jewelry, or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
