HRIS Workday Product Specialist at Richemont in Moscavide, Portugal. Support Talent Acquisition systems globally with 4+ years Workday experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction across all Richemont maisons
- Manage incident management, change management, and system support processes
- Coordinate system releases, validation activities, development execution, and testing activities
- Lead high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and conduct feasibility studies
- Organize and facilitate working groups to specify business requirements
- Coordinate configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements
- Document processes in a consistent and clear manner
- Develop and execute business test scenarios to ensure adequate functional coverage
- Provide user training and support as needed
- Support continuous design and evolution of the Talent Acquisition roadmap
- Ensure compliance with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition within HRIS teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background in HRIS implementations, customization, and maintenance
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); French is advantageous
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, Orchestrations, and SAP HR systems
- Experience with integration concepts including APIs, OAuth, and SFTP
- Demonstrated ability to write functional specifications and test cases
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation
- Solution-oriented mindset with focus on business objectives
- Flexible, creative, and open-minded approach to problem-solving
Skills
Experience
At least 4 years of professional experience working with Workday in Talent Acquisition modules within HRIS teams, with demonstrated expertise in system support, configuration, and business consulting. Experience in HRIS implementations and consulting is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent hands-on experience in HRIS implementations, customization, and maintenance may substitute for formal education.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
