Richemont seeks a Workday Product Specialist (L&D) in Moscavide, Portugal to manage HRIS implementation, configuration, and support across global Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction across all Richemont Maisons
- Manage incident and change management processes, coordinate system releases, and oversee validation activities
- Lead and support high-level investigations into functional and technical requirements, conducting feasibility studies and advising on practical alternatives
- Organize and facilitate working groups to specify business requirements and coordinate configuration with vendors
- Document processes in a clear and consistent manner, and develop comprehensive business test scenarios
- Execute functional testing to ensure adequate coverage and support user training as required
- Contribute to the continuous design and optimization of the Learning & Development roadmap
- Ensure compliance with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Workday Learning & Development in HRIS team environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementations, customization, maintenance, or consulting
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, Orchestrations, and SAP HR (preferred)
- Proficiency with integration concepts including APIs, OAuth, and SFTP
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions
- Experience writing functional specifications and test cases
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French is preferred
Skills
Experience
Technical experience in HRIS implementations, customization, and maintenance is essential. Consulting experience in HR technology solutions is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully supporting complex enterprise systems and collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in HRIS implementations and system administration.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
