Richemont seeks an HRIS Specialist (fixed-term) in Meyrin, Switzerland to manage HR systems, data integrity and stakeholder support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate, configure and maintain HR information systems to ensure continuous, reliable service for HR processes.
  • Manage data integrity through audits, reconciliations and controlled data migrations; identify and rectify data quality issues.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute HR reports and dashboards; produce ad hoc analyses to support people‑related decision making.
  • Coordinate system releases, lead testing activities including UAT, and manage change requests and post‑release support.
  • Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications; act as a liaison between HR stakeholders, IT and external vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials; deliver training and first/second‑line user support.
  • Ensure HR systems and processes comply with data protection requirements and internal control frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with HR information systems in a corporate or multi‑brand environment.
  • Proven track record in system configuration, data migration and release management for HR applications.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work across HR, IT and vendor teams.
  • Knowledge of data protection principles and practical controls (e.g., GDPR / Swiss data rules).

Experience
