HRIS Onboarding Intern at Richemont in Meyrin, Switzerland. Support global onboarding tool deployment across luxury Houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate Enboarder with various enterprise systems and manage technical APIs
- Design, create, and optimize onboarding workflows for different Maisons and Regions
- Provide technical support and strategic advice to stakeholders on workflow implementation
- Serve as the primary IT liaison for the Enboarder project team across brands and geographies
- Anticipate business requirements and proactively identify solutions to enhance onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; French language skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving orientation with ability to work autonomously
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Skills
Experience
Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, or enterprise software integrations is advantageous. Prior exposure to API-based system integration or HR technology projects would strengthen the candidacy.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Valid internship agreement with school or university is mandatory.
