Richemont seeks HR Systems & Onboarding Coordinator in Meyrin, Switzerland. Support HR initiatives, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, support, and review all human resources department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Refine the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring workflow
  • Cultivate and oversee training and development programs and compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues with professionalism, composure, and strict confidentiality
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records, including attendance, EEO data, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory codes, including monitoring of working conditions
  • Deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and generate HR insights to diagnose business issues and enhance employee engagement
  • Carry out complex HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues on data collection tools and administration processes
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing and communicating solutions for individual employee relations cases
  • Prepare various data and analytics reports using Microsoft Office and departmental systems
  • Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes and take action to resolve immediate compliance issues
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications and office software
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal client organizations, delivering high-quality professional services

Qualifications

  • Short-cycle tertiary education (two-year diploma or equivalent)
  • Sound experience and understanding of straightforward HR procedures and systems
  • Basic experience coordinating the work of others
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HR compliance frameworks and employment law
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
