Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HRIS onboarding activities including data collection, cleansing and migration preparation for new modules or releases.
  • Assist with configuration verification and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and HR stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, user guides and training materials for HR teams and business users.
  • Provision and configure user access, roles and permissions under established security guidelines; assist with account setup and basic troubleshooting.
  • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for project owners; contribute to workshops and change-management communications.
  • Participate in cutover activities and post‑go‑live hypercare to ensure a smooth transition and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Demonstrable interest in HR technology and business process improvement; prior coursework or project work in HRIS implementations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and a methodical approach to testing and validation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee data.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; internship or project experience supporting HR, IT or business transformation initiatives is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to data handling, testing or process documentation.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
