Richemont in New York seeks an HR Technology Specialist to manage HRIS projects, integrations and analytics for its global luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure and maintain core HR systems and modules to ensure operational stability and alignment with HR processes.
  • Lead or contribute to HR technology projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations and data migrations.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders and IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Develop, validate and maintain data models, integrations (APIs/ETL) and system mappings to ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Produce and maintain operational and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards and analytics to support people‑decisions.
  • Define and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate defect remediation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and act as primary contact for external HR technology providers.
  • Deliver end-user support, documentation, training and change‑management activities to maximise adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable technical aptitude with HR systems (HRIS), integrations and data management.
  • Proven ability to translate HR requirements into technical specifications and to manage projects to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage senior HR and IT partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach to testing, data governance and documentation; commitment to data privacy and compliance.
