Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and configure core HR systems across their lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate integrations between HRIS and adjacent systems (payroll, identity, ERP, talent management) using APIs, middleware and ETL processes.
- Produce and maintain HR data models, reporting and analytics; design dashboards and KPI measures to support HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support and troubleshooting for HR applications; escalate and manage vendor tickets and service-level agreements.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), release management and change-control procedures; author test scripts and release notes.
- Partner with HR process owners, IT, vendors and external consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
- Deliver training, documentation and adoption programmes for local and regional HR teams and managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting major HR platforms; vendor certifications (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in HR reporting, data governance and reconciliation practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to produce clear technical documentation and to train non-technical users.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring or supporting HR information systems and integrations in a multinational organisation; experience within luxury retail or consumer goods is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
