Richemont seeks an HR Senior Project & Portfolio Manager in Bellevue, USA to lead HR portfolio strategy and programme delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the HR project portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate and maison-level priorities across talent, organisation, and HR systems.
- Establish and run a central PMO for HR initiatives: portfolio governance, intake management, prioritisation, resource allocation and stage‑gate controls.
- Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional HR programmes (e.g., HRIS implementations, global learning & development, organisational redesigns, employee experience initiatives).
- Coordinate senior stakeholders across regions and maisons to secure sponsorship, drive decision-making and remove delivery impediments.
- Manage programme budgets, timelines, risk registers and benefits realisation; report progress and forecasts to HR leadership and executive sponsors.
- Design and implement change-management and communication plans to secure adoption and sustain project outcomes.
- Coach and line-manage project and programme managers; develop delivery capability and standardised methodologies within the HR function.
- Select and manage external vendors and consultants, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring contractual performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Certified project/portfolio management qualification highly desirable (PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or equivalent); Agile certification advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience managing large, multi-year HR portfolios in international, matrixed organisations — ideally within luxury goods or consumer sectors.
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and governance at executive level.
- Strong financial literacy with experience managing programme budgets and benefits realisation.
- Fluent business English and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
