Richemont seeks an HR Senior Manager in Istanbul to lead regional HR strategy, employee relations and talent development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to translate commercial priorities into people plans.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and offboarding for the Istanbul region.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations, complex case management, disciplinary processes and local labour law compliance (Turkey).
- Design and deliver learning & development initiatives, leadership programmes and change-management activities to build capability across the organisation.
- Own compensation & benefits administration in coordination with corporate comp teams and local payroll providers; support reward reviews and benchmarking.
- Oversee HR operations and HRIS data integrity; deliver HR metrics and people analytics to inform decision-making.
- Lead, mentor and develop a small HR team; manage external HR vendors and service providers (payroll, recruitment partners, legal advisors).
- Drive policy implementation, cultural initiatives and employer brand activities that reinforce Richemont’s values and talent proposition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification or HR professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- Proven knowledge of Turkish employment law and HR practice in a multinational context.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders, manage complex employee relations cases and influence at executive level.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership experience, with a track record of implementing L&D, talent or organisational change programmes.
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.

Experience
At least 8 years of progressive human resources experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR partner role within a multinational retail, luxury goods or consumer-facing business.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification or recognised HR certification preferred.
