Richemont seeks HR Reporting Manager in Bellevue to lead workforce analytics and HRIS reporting for the global group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR reporting systems and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the group
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of human resources data from multiple organizational entities
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting on key HR metrics and KPIs
  • Create standardized HR reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with data governance policies
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on workforce analytics, talent management, and organizational metrics
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and coordinate system implementations or upgrades
  • Monitor and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience managing HR reporting systems and data analytics within a multinational organization
  • Strong proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) platforms and data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce analytics methodologies
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
