Role & Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and validate project scoping in collaboration with internal stakeholders, detailing objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate all phases of project deployment from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Establish and facilitate project governance forums, produce regular and transparent reporting for HR leadership and steering committees
- Identify risks and opportunities, propose innovative solutions and action plans to ensure project success
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the HR department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in Human Resources, Project Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience in HR project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Mastery of project management methodologies and deep knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic sensitivity
- Strong organizational discipline, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
