Richemont is hiring an HR Project Manager in Le Locle — lead HR transformation and cross‑functional projects for a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects across corporate and operational sites, from scoping and planning to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders—HR business partners, line managers, IT, and external providers—to ensure project milestones, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Design and document processes, governance and communication plans for organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk registers and regular status reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive HRIS rollouts, process optimisation and data-driven improvements to talent, performance and workforce planning practices.
  • Provide training, coaching and change support to local HR teams and people managers during programme deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering HR projects in multinational or matrix environments, ideally within luxury goods or manufacturing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change-management capabilities with demonstrated results.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (talent management, performance, organisational design) and HRIS implementations.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile) is advantageous.
