HR Payroll and Benefits Supervisor at Richemont in Meyrin, Switzerland. Oversee payroll, social insurance, and HR systems administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support on HR systems (Workday, SAP HR) and address employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll, social insurance, taxation, working time, and leave
- Organize and facilitate HR information sessions, office hours, and contribute to communication and training initiatives
- Collect, validate, and integrate payroll data (fixed and variable components)
- Prepare, validate, and process salaries in compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (entries, exits, transfers) and related payroll adjustments
- Produce and collect annual documents (salary certificates, source tax declarations, unemployment attestations)
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of payroll processing for all entities
- Maintain HR data reliability and perform reconciliation and coherence controls by cost centre
- Participate in HR reporting production and propose improvements to management tools
- Administer work permit requests and renewals
- Oversee social insurance administrative management
- Control data quality between Workday and SAP HR systems
- Coordinate administrative onboarding of new employees and present key HR elements
- Issue employment certificates, salary statements, and other administrative documents
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for HR Tech operations
- Participate actively in system deployment projects, standardization, and best practice optimization
- Act as functional and technical reference for the team, document processes, and share best practices
- Support testing and deployment of system enhancements and guide users during go-live phases
- Supervise the Meyrin Hub ticket management process, ensure compliance with service levels
- Produce performance indicators and analyse trends in HR ticket volumes
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with HRIS to implement sustainable solutions
Qualifications
- Diploma in a relevant higher education field
- Minimum 8 years of confirmed experience in Payroll and HR Administration in Switzerland
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HR and/or Workday
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with SAP HR, Workday, and reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Project management experience considered a strong asset
