Richemont HR Operations Process Manager in Bellevue, Switzerland. Lead HR operations excellence, process optimization, and automation across a global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining exercises to identify inefficiencies, duplication, and improvement opportunities within HR Operations
- Define and maintain operational performance frameworks leveraging KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement strategies
- Lead the standardization and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes across the Group while respecting justified local regulatory requirements
- Manage the HR Operations process improvement backlog, translating business needs into prioritized initiatives aligned with Product Owners, Functional Leads and Group Platforms
- Define and maintain HR Operations process standards, documentation and operational guidance to ensure consistent execution globally
- Engage and animate the global HR Operations community to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment on common ways of working
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance HR Operations efficiency and quality
- Work with HR Operations teams and Group Platforms to define requirements and support implementation of automation and AI improvements
- Translate operational insights into pragmatic recommendations that improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or HR Technology within complex global organisations
- Strong expertise in analysing, simplifying, and improving operational processes
- Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving
- Demonstrated capacity to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable, and operationally sustainable solutions
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, process ownership, and service delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across functions, regions, and HR teams
Skills
Experience
10+ years in HR Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or HR Technology within a complex global organisation. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience analysing, simplifying, and improving operational processes, with practical experience in automation and AI-enabled process improvement considered advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
