Richemont seeks an HR Officer in Amsterdam to lead HRIS administration, employee data management, and HR operational processes across the luxury goods organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee collection, organization, and maintenance of HR data across systems and locations, conducting regular data audits and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies
- Serve as primary owner of the HRIS platform, including administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting; collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure system functionality and implement updates, enhancements, and migrations
- Provide end-user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HRIS usage and best practices
- Document HRIS procedures, processes, and operational guidelines
- Participate in HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle, including pre-hire, onboarding, movement, offboarding, personnel file management, and insurance plan administration
- Maintain timely and accurate employee data and payroll information in SAP and Workday environments
- Manage and resolve HR-related inquiries by providing advisory services and connecting employees to appropriate resources and tools
- Actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects, such as process improvement and HR technology deployments, to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships, creation of purchase order numbers, and approval of supplier invoices and costs
- Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting according to Richemont and brand legal requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or business administration
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in HR administration and/or HRIS at sizeable organizations
- Proven expertise with HR systems, specifically Workday and SAP
- Experience with Benelux or Nordic employment administration (preferred)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch and French proficiency is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
Skills
Experience
3–5+ years of relevant experience in HR administration and/or HRIS from sizeable companies. Experience in Benelux or Nordic employment administration is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or business administration.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
