Richemont seeks an HR Mission Officer (CDD) for Saint-Dié-des-Vosges to support HR operations and projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute assigned HR projects and initiatives in support of organizational objectives
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Administer employee records, benefits documentation, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Support HR team in policy development, implementation, and communication to staff
Qualifications
- Secondary education or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency with standard office software and HR management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally in a corporate or luxury goods environment
Education
Baccalauréat or equivalent qualification; BTS or Licence in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline is preferred
