Richemont HR Manager, Riyadh: develop and implement HR strategy aligned with Group objectives across luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy in alignment with Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of assigned organizational units
- Contribute to functional strategy formation through specialist expertise and insights, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Analyze external developments and emerging issues to evaluate potential organizational impact
- Conduct complex HR data analyses to identify key trends and create insights that enhance employee engagement and business performance
- Draft HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention
- Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving queries and escalating complex issues appropriately
- Communicate local action plans and their alignment with functional strategy, organizational mission, and vision to motivate employees toward business goals
- Develop and monitor organizational procedures to ensure effective implementation
- Manage budgets and conduct complex budget analyses to ensure financial objectives are achieved
- Develop and test HR data collection forms and questionnaires to ensure relevant data capture
- Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing capability-building actions
- Provide training and coaching to improve performance and fulfill employee potential
- Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems
- Manage workstreams and small projects within transformational change programs, ensuring integration with related initiatives and building organizational acceptance of change
- Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in dealing with various business situations and advising stakeholders
- Demonstrated managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within defined timeframes
