Richemont HR Manager — People Operations
Richemont seeks an HR Manager - People Operations in Hong Kong to lead HR operations, employee relations and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end people operations for the Hong Kong entity, delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, mobility, performance management and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to translate organisational priorities into pragmatic HR policies, workforce plans and operational processes.
- Ensure local statutory compliance with Hong Kong employment law and maintain up-to-date documentation, contracts and HR records.
- Manage HR administration functions including payroll liaison, benefits administration, employee records and HR reporting to provide accurate, timely metrics.
- Own employee relations case management: investigate issues, provide guidance to managers, and recommend resolution strategies in line with policy and local law.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and systems, including optimisation of HRIS workflows and automation of administrative tasks.
- Support talent initiatives such as performance calibration, internal mobility, learning interventions and engagement activities.
- Contribute to HR projects and change management activities, acting as the operational lead for local implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced qualification or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, HKIHRM) preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and practical experience applying it in day-to-day HR operations.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment with confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with business leaders and external partners (payroll, benefits providers, legal advisors).

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in an HR generalist or people-operations leadership role; experience within luxury retail, fashion, or professional services is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate or professional HR qualification preferred.
