Richemont HR Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR lead for the assigned Paris site or business unit, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with commercial objectives.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and strong employer brand in the luxury market.
- Provide employee relations guidance and ensure compliance with French labour law and internal HR policies, handling complex casework and disciplinary processes as required.
- Design and administer compensation & benefits programs, performance management cycles and promotion processes in coordination with group guidelines.
- Drive learning, leadership development and succession planning initiatives to cultivate critical skills and retain high-potential talent.
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (organisational design, change management, HRIS implementations and process optimisation).
- Produce HR metrics and regular reporting to inform decision‑making and measure people‑related KPIs.
- Coach managers on talent conversations, workforce planning and employee engagement best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; master’s degree or HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of French labour law and statutory HR obligations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with discretion in a high-profile luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Solid project management skills and experience leading cross-functional HR initiatives.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of five years' progressive HR experience, including at least two years as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational or luxury goods context, with exposure to complex employee relations and change programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree or professional HR certification preferred.
