Richemont is hiring an HR Manager (HRBP) in Seoul. Lead HR business partnering, talent and employee relations for a luxury maisons within Richemont.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR business partner to assigned business leaders, translating commercial strategy into people plans and HR initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design and job architecture to align resources with business priorities.
  • Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance calibration, talent reviews and development programmes.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with local labour legislation.
  • Partner with Rewards and Compensation to implement competitive pay and benefits solutions and to support merit and promotion cycles.
  • Drive change management for business transformations and local HR projects, coordinating stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Use people analytics and HRIS data to inform decision-making and to report on key talent metrics to senior stakeholders.
  • Coach managers on leadership, performance improvement and employee engagement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; master’s degree desirable.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including performance management, talent development, employee relations and compensation practices.
  • High level of commercial acumen and experience applying HR solutions to drive business results.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; postgraduate degree or recognised HR certification preferred.
