HR Manager role at Richemont in Taipei. Lead HR processes, talent development, and employee relations across luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and contribute to all HR processes within assigned scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and policies
- Develop and implement HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, employee development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, and talent retention
- Address and resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding HR processes and policies, escalating issues when necessary
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support diagnosis of business issues and improvement of employee engagement
- Advise and guide managers on developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, and support managers during formal hearings
- Perform complex HR data processing tasks and enhance data collection tools and administrative processes
- Supervise and direct teams and resources to achieve specific results within defined timeframes while ensuring compliance with diversity and inclusion guidelines
- Stay informed of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education and professional development
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality professional services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Significant experience as an unsupervised HR practitioner
- Demonstrated managerial experience in supervising and directing teams to achieve defined objectives
- Advanced proficiency in HR data analysis and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in designing and implementing HR frameworks and policies

Significant experience as an unsupervised HR practitioner with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple concurrent HR functions. The ideal candidate possesses managerial experience in leading HR teams and overseeing comprehensive talent and organizational development initiatives within a complex or multinational environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
