Richemont seeks HR Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. Strategic HR role managing recruitment, employee relations, L&D, and compensation across luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business priorities and partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels to support talent acquisition and organizational growth
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned maisons, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding; partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and ensure positive candidate experience
- Implement local recruitment strategies to attract top talent by leveraging internal and external channels
- Act as trusted HR advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering engagement and resolving complex employee relations issues including conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and talent mapping; coordinate L&D programs, workshops, and initiatives in-market while supporting career development and succession planning
- Oversee the annual performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals; coach managers on effective feedback and performance improvement plans
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with Total Rewards; conduct salary benchmarking, make competitiveness recommendations, and administer annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data in Workday; prepare HR analytics and reports to support decision-making and track key HR metrics
- Support expatriate relocation management including visa, housing, and schooling coordination in accordance with Group policies
- Lead or participate in HR system implementations, policy reviews, organizational design initiatives, and process improvement projects
- Disseminate company, Group function, and HR policy information to employees; develop clear internal communications to foster transparency and alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience in luxury retail, fashion, FMCG, or comparable environment
- Proven experience supporting multiple business units or brands simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
- Demonstrated expertise across all core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll coordination
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors. Demonstrated success managing HR functions across multiple business units or brands simultaneously, with proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and compliance with local labor regulations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
