Richemont HR Intern in Madrid—support HR operations for Iberia region, 6-month internship, Spanish & English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR activities for the Iberia region, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and contractual changes
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Create HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for managers
- Assist HR Business Partners with Learning & Development activities, including Talent Assessment and Potential Assessment
- Support the Annual Performance Cycle, including mid-year reviews, performance reviews, and calibration sessions
- Maintain and organize employee files in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements
- Contribute to HR project implementations and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand full scope of departmental operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in university
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR data management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for people and processes
- Service-oriented mindset with curiosity and proactive attitude
- Creative approach to problem-solving
